A message dated July 24, 2004, was received July 29 stating the                                     
Governor has signed the following bill and is transmitting the                                      
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for                               
permanent filing:

      "An Act relating to animal classic charitable gaming; and
